SoleMare is a must stop while in Aruba. Great food & great service. Love the complimentary fried plolenta & bread!! My favorite is the SoleMare Special. Freshest seafood!!!!

Had not been to Sole Mare in 2 years... I now know why - although the food is wonderful and the staff was very attentive, Sole Mare is a very noisy restaurant and it is very hard to talk to your fellow guests - we were a table of 6 and forget hearing from one end to the other end of the table. Also, the air conditioning needs attention - if was extremely hot for all of us at our table - we asked our wait staff to check on the air temperature - he said he did, but it never felt any better - between the noise and the heat - it was not a wonderful experience. Their sister restaurants, I feel offer a far more wonderful dining experience. Sorry, Sole Mare - I think it's time for a face lift...

What can I say, Sole Mare is our favorite place in Aruba! We have been to Aruba 58th times. We were just there from 1/12-2/2, we dined there 4 times. Best grouper with white wine sauce and garlic. Also, try the pasta with Italian ham and porcini mushrooms with a very light cream sauce--wonderful! Fried polenta is a must. First night and the last night is a must for us. The minestrone soup is out of this world! When we arrive,. I can't wait for the soup, grouper and the flan. My favorite every time.

One of the best meals we had during our 2 week vacation in Aruba. The staff was friendly and paid attention to details. We were seated promptly at the time of our reservation and were warmly greeted. The menu was extensive and the meal was outstanding. I haven't had veal that was so tender and tasty in a long time. My wife raved about the shrimp dinner she had. Definitely a 5 Star rating. We'll definitely be back!

The food is exquisite! The servers are so kind and try their best to accommodate everyone's needs. When I visit Aruba, I always take my family here. It's a place we all enjoy!

We are in Aruba twice a year for two weeks and have been for 32 years. It took us a while to find Sole Mare but for the last few years we have made it a point to dine with you at least twice each trip. Of course the pasta wheel is over the top-our favorite, but everything is delicious!!! The atmosphere is great and the service is always friendly and helpful. My husband is a pasta/sauce snob and he feels Sole Mare is the best!!! We look forward to seeing you all again in May. Thank you for many wonderful dining experiences!!!

My husband and I dined at your restaurant in October 2015. Francisco was our waiter who was excellent. The service was great. We relied on Francisco to advise us what to have for dinner. I had Grouper that was delicious. My husband had Branzino and Francisco showed his craft by filleting the fish in front of us...what a gift! We were in awe. When we come back to Aruba, we will definitely visit your restaurant. Thank you.

Dined at sole mare on October 22, 2015. This was our second time there as we also dined there in October of 2014. Both times we were pleased and enjoyed our meal. Would definitely go back again next year.

One of the best italian restaurants in the island. Fresh homemade food. Delicious.
Annabella Cupello from Venezuela
Sole Mare was so good, we ate there twice during our recent stay in Aruba at the end of August, beginning of September 2015! That is a testament to how good the food is and how much we enjoyed it. The homemade pasta is as good as I have had at NYC's finest Italian restaurants. What is special is the way they will make it to your specific liking: Bolognese, Arrabiata, Carbonara, etc, etc. The Veal Parmigiana was excellent also. The highlight of the menu is perhaps the huge whiskey flamed cheese wheel used as a vessel to final cook and coat the pasta of your choice. The cheesiness, together with the fresh pasta and the flavor of the liquor is heavenly! This is prepared tableside and it is indeed festive.

Visiting Aruba for 12 days and for our 3rd dinner, we had to go back to Sole Mare again. We make it a point to dine here whenever we're back in Aruba. It's always excellent food and service and tonight was no exception! It was early and we were in the area so we decided to try their early bird special to see if it was as good as last year. One should try the special at least once. It's an excellent value...soup/salad, entree, dessert & coffee/tea for $25USD.Rodell was our server and he was friendly, attentive and very professional. Food was delicious! Wife had the grouper filet pan-fried with Auban creole sauce and I had the pasta fruitti de mer...both hopi dushi! Service was masha bon and food hopi bon! We will definitely be back to sample their other many entrees before we head home. Masha danki & te aworo!
