We just came back from Aruba and had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant. I ordered the flaming, spaghetti, pomodoro, parmesean and absolutely loved it. I come from a big Italian family and have never tasted anything like this. Is there any way to prepare it at home. I know I cannot do it in the big wheel of parmesean but coming close to the taste would be such a treat. Thanks, Carol
