My husband and I were in Aruba from 9-2-12 to 9-11-12 and visited Sole Mare two times. From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully. We both enjoyed the comp. Fried Polenta and Garlic Bread with the very tasty marinara dipping sauce. I ordered the Scampi Fra Diav. over Spagetti. I asked for them to make it extra spicy, spicy hot and they did. It was DELICIOUS!!!!! The Shrimp were large and very tender…I was a happy camper. My husband had the Veal Parm. and really enjoyed it.. As I mentioned, we went back two times and I ordered the exact same dish. We will always make it a point of eating at Sole Mare when visiting Aruba. Please try it….you will like it. By the way….service was excellent…friendly and always checking with us to see if everything was ok.
