Sole Mare was so good, we ate there twice during our recent stay in Aruba at the end of August, beginning of September 2015! That is a testament to how good the food is and how much we enjoyed it. The homemade pasta is as good as I have had at NYC’s finest Italian restaurants. What is special is the way they will make it to your specific liking: Bolognese, Arrabiata, Carbonara,etc,etc. The Veal Parmigiana was excellent also. The highlight of the menu is perhaps the huge whiskey flamed cheese wheel used as a vessel to final cook and coat the pasta of your choice. The cheesiness, together with the fresh pasta and the flavor of the liquor is heavenly! This is prepared tableside and it is indeed festive.
